Exporting and printing the Discounts by Customer report

Save or print the report in your preferred format for sharing or record-keeping.

Jul 11, 2026

You can export the Discounts by Customer report to a file (CSV, Excel, or PDF) or print it directly. This is useful for sharing with management, creating a paper backup, or analyzing the data in a spreadsheet.

Before you start

  • Apply any filters you need before exporting, so the exported file contains only the data you want.
  • Ensure your browser allows downloads from Usystems (check your download settings if downloads fail).
  • For large reports (thousands of rows), exporting to Excel is usually faster than PDF.

Steps to export

  1. Go to Reports → Discounts by Customer and set your filters as needed. Open in Usystems

  2. Look for the Export button near the top right of the report.

  3. Select your preferred format:

    • CSV — plain text, opens in any spreadsheet program.
    • Excel (.xlsx) — formatted spreadsheet, easiest to sort and analyze further.
    • PDF — formatted for printing or sharing; includes headers and styling.
  4. Click the format you want. The file will download to your computer.

  5. Open the downloaded file in your preferred application (Excel, Google Sheets, PDF reader, etc.).

Steps to print

  1. From the report page, look for the Print button or icon.

  2. Click it. Your browser's print dialog will open.

  3. Choose your printer and adjust settings (page orientation, margins, paper size).

  4. Click Print to send the report to your printer.

Tips for exports

  • Use Excel for further analysis — if you need to calculate sub-totals or create charts, export to Excel and use formulas.
  • Filter first, export second — exports respect your current filters, so apply them before exporting.
  • Check file size — very large exports (millions of rows) may take a moment; be patient and do not close the tab until the download completes.
  • PDF preserves formatting — if you need the report to look exactly as it does on screen, use PDF.
