How filters work together
Filters use AND logic: if you select both a User and a Date Range, the report will show only that user's discounts within that date range. To see a broader view, leave filters blank.
Tips for filtering effectively
- Start broad, then narrow: run the full report first to see the overall pattern, then add filters to investigate a specific person or time period.
- Date range impacts: a very narrow date range (e.g., one week) may have few or no discounts. A very wide range (e.g., multiple years) may load slowly.
- Product filter: useful if you want to see if one product is being discounted more heavily than others.
- Customer filter: useful for auditing discounts given to a specific contact or account.
