Accounting impact

Exporting and printing are read-only actions. They create no new accounting entries.

Tips & common mistakes

  • Use PDF for compliance and sharing. If you need to audit transfers or share the report with others, PDF preserves formatting and date.
  • Excel for deeper analysis. If you plan to pivot, filter, or chart the movements further, export to Excel so you can work with the data in a spreadsheet.
  • Large reports may take time. If you transferred money frequently, the report can be long and may take a moment to generate.
