Tips for using filters

  • Date range is inclusive: "From Jan 1, To Jan 31" includes both January 1 and January 31.
  • Multiple accounts or contacts: If your report interface allows, select multiple accounts or contacts to see expenses across all of them in one run.
  • Leave blank to include all: An empty filter field means "show me all values in this dimension."
  • Case-sensitive search: If you search by description, note whether the search is case-sensitive (check your system's help or try both cases).
  • Date format: Use the date picker (calendar icon) to avoid formatting mistakes; manual entry may need MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY format depending on your locale.
