|---|---|---|
| Start Date | Beginning of the reporting period | Transactions on or after this date are included. |
| End Date | End of the reporting period | Transactions on or before this date are included. |

Display options
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Show zero-balance accounts | Whether to include accounts with no activity in the date range. Useful for verification; can make the report longer. |
| Include opening balance | Shows the starting balance for each account before the date range begins. Recommended on. |
Tips
- Narrow your scope if the report is long. Select specific accounts or a shorter date range to speed up processing.
- Opening balance context. If you enable "Include opening balance," the first line of each account shows where it started, helping you verify the running balance math.
