How filters work together

Filters work inclusively: when you apply multiple filters, only rows that match ALL criteria appear. For example:

  • Start Date = June 1 + End Date = June 30 + Department = Pharmacy → shows only Pharmacy income and expenses for June.
  • Start Date = Jan 1 + End Date = Dec 31 + Exclude Zero-Balance Accounts = Yes → shows only active accounts for the full year.
