You can export the Foreign Balances report to include in financial reports, share with auditors, or analyze offline. Usystems supports multiple export formats.
Before you start
- Generate the Foreign Balances report with all desired filters in place.
- Verify you have permissions to download or print reports.
Steps to export

Display the Foreign Balances report on screen with your chosen filters applied. Open in Usystems

Locate the export button (usually labeled "Export" or showing a download icon).

Select your preferred format:
- Excel (.xlsx) — Best for further analysis, pivot tables, and detailed breakdowns in spreadsheet software.
- PDF — Best for sharing, archiving, attaching to reports, or printing with professional formatting.
- CSV — Best for importing into accounting software, databases, or other systems.

The file downloads automatically to your computer.

Select your printer and adjust print settings (page orientation, paper size, margins).

Tips & common mistakes
- Hidden columns: Before exporting, hide irrelevant columns to reduce file size and improve readability.

- Performance: If exporting a very large report with many balances, CSV may download faster than Excel.
