Exporting and printing the FX Gain/Loss report

You can export the FX Gain/Loss report to share with accountants, auditors, or for offline analysis. Usystems supports export to common formats.

Before you start

  • Run and finalize the report with all desired filters applied.
  • Ensure you have the appropriate permissions to download or print reports.

Steps to export

  1. Generate the FX Gain/Loss report with your chosen filters. Open in Usystems

  2. Once the report is displayed, look for the export button (usually labeled "Export" or with a download icon).

  3. Select your desired format:

    • Excel (.xlsx) — Best for detailed analysis and manipulation in spreadsheet software.
    • PDF — Best for sharing, archiving, or printing with formatting preserved.
    • CSV — Best for importing into other systems or databases.
  4. The file will download to your computer automatically.

Steps to print

  1. Display the FX Gain/Loss report on screen.

  2. Look for the print button (usually marked with a printer icon or labeled "Print").

  3. Choose your printer and any print settings (page orientation, margins, etc.).

  4. Click "Print" to send to your printer.

Tips & common mistakes

  • Column visibility: Before exporting, consider hiding unnecessary columns to reduce file size or improve readability in print.
  • Date range: Always verify that the exported data covers the intended period—include the date range in your filename for easy reference.
