Getting help inside the app (Help drawer)

Access instant help articles and tips without leaving Usystems.

Usystems includes a built-in Help drawer that gives you instant access to articles and tips tailored to the page you're currently viewing. You can open it any time to learn how to use a feature, understand a field, or find answers without leaving the app.

Before you start

  • The Help drawer is available on all major pages throughout Usystems.
  • No permissions are required to access help.
  • Help articles are available in both English and Dari, matching your language preference.

Steps

  1. Look for the Help icon (a question mark in a circle) in the footer area of the page, usually in the bottom-right corner.

  2. Click the Help icon to open the Help drawer. The drawer slides in from the right side showing articles related to your current page or task.

  3. Read the displayed articles. Articles are organized by topic and often include:

    • Brief explanations of concepts
    • Step-by-step instructions
    • Tips for common tasks
    • Information about fields and settings

  4. If you need more details, scroll down within the drawer to see additional articles or related topics.

  5. To search for specific help, use the search field at the top of the Help drawer. Type keywords (in English or Dari) to find articles matching your question.

  6. Click any article title to expand it and read the full content.

  7. When you're done, click the close button (X) at the top of the drawer to return to your work, or simply click elsewhere on the page to dismiss the drawer.

Tips & common mistakes

  • The help is context-aware: the articles shown change based on which page you're viewing, so you always see the most relevant help for what you're doing.
  • Search works in both languages: type your question in English or Dari and the system will find matching articles.
  • Keep the drawer open while working: you can leave the Help drawer open as a reference while you perform a task on the main page.
  • Help articles link to other resources: when you see links in an article, click them to navigate to related pages or open a form directly from help.
