Usystems is a web-based application that runs in your browser. For the best experience, use a modern, updated browser on a device with a stable internet connection.

Recommended setup

For desktop (primary work):

  • Use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari on a laptop or desktop computer.
  • Ensure your browser is set to auto-update so you stay on a current version.
  • Use a wired or strong wireless internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps).

For mobile/tablet (reference and simple tasks):

  • Use Chrome, Safari, or Firefox on a smartphone or tablet (iOS, Android).
  • Usystems works on mobile but is optimized for desktop screens—entering large invoices or completing complex reports is more difficult on small screens.
  • For frequent mobile use, consider a tablet rather than a phone.

Minimum device requirements

RAM4 GB (8 GB recommended for heavy use)
Screen width768 px minimum (1024 px recommended for full comfort)
Internet speed2 Mbps stable connection

Unsupported browsers

The following browsers are not supported and may not work correctly:

  • Internet Explorer (all versions)
  • Opera Mini
  • Outdated versions of any browser (more than 2–3 major versions old)
  • In-app browsers on social media platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)

Tips for best performance

  • Keep your browser updated: enable automatic updates to ensure security and compatibility.
  • Clear browser cache regularly: if you notice slow performance, clear your browser's cache and reload the page.
  • Use a private/incognito window if you have issues: sometimes cached data causes problems; a fresh session helps.
  • Check your internet connection: a weak connection will make Usystems feel slow even on a supported browser.
  • Close unused tabs: running many browser tabs simultaneously consumes memory and may slow Usystems.
  • Use a desktop for heavy work: for tasks like invoice entry, reports, or multi-day workflows, a desktop or laptop is more comfortable than mobile.
