Exporting and printing the Bonuses & Deductions report allows you to share compensation trends with finance, audit compliance, or keep offline copies for your records and analysis.
Before you start
- Have the Bonuses & Deductions report open and filtered to the data you want to export.
- Verify that you have the permissions to export and print reports.
- Choose your export format (Excel, PDF, CSV) based on your use case—Excel for trend analysis, PDF for archiving, CSV for import into other systems.
Steps

Open the Bonuses & Deductions report from Reports → Bonuses & Deductions.
Open in Usystems -
Apply any filters (date range, employee, department, type) that you want to include in the export.

Click the Export or Download button (usually near the top-right of the report).

Choose your export format:
- Excel (.xlsx) — for analysis, trend charts, and pivot tables.
- PDF — for a formatted, printable document suitable for filing.
- CSV — for import into accounting software or other systems.

The file will download to your computer. Save it with a meaningful name (e.g., "Bonuses-Deductions-Jun-2026.xlsx").

To print instead of download:
- Click the Print button or press Ctrl+P (Windows) / Cmd+P (Mac).
- Choose your printer and paper size.
- Click Print to send to your printer.
Tips & common mistakes
- Export in Excel to create pivot tables or charts showing bonus distribution by department or employee tier.
- Export in PDF if you're archiving for compliance or audit purposes; it is tamper-evident and printable.
- Always verify the exported file in your application to ensure all rows and columns are present.
- Store exported files securely, as they contain sensitive employee compensation data.
- Use a consistent naming convention with dates (e.g., ReportName-YYYYMM) to keep archives organized.
