  3. Click the Export button or menu near the top-right of the report.

  2. Click Export and select Excel or CSV.

  3. The file downloads to your Downloads folder.

  4. Open the file in Microsoft Excel or any spreadsheet application.

Printing tips

  • Use File → Print from your browser or PDF reader for best results.
  • Landscape orientation is recommended for wide reports with many columns.
  • Preview the print layout before printing to avoid wasting paper on blank pages.
  • You can add a header/footer with the report date in your print settings.

What gets exported

  • All visible rows and columns, including department names, patient counts, visits, wait times, and completion rates.
  • Filters you applied will restrict the exported data (e.g., if you filtered to "Pediatrics" only, the export will contain only Pediatrics data).
  • The export includes the date range and any location filters applied.
  • The grand total row is always included.

Tips

  • If exporting to Excel, you can create pivot tables to analyze the data by department, location, and date range.
  • Use the exported file to create trend charts or reports for monthly staff meetings.
  • Keep exported reports for compliance and audit purposes.
