Exporting and printing the Queue Breakdown report
Save or print the Queue Breakdown report as a PDF or spreadsheet.
You can export the Queue Breakdown report to PDF or Excel for sharing with staff, archiving, or further analysis.
Before you start
- Generate and view the report on screen first (apply any filters you want to include in the export).
- You will need a PDF reader or spreadsheet application on your computer.
Steps to export as PDF

Open the Queue Breakdown report. Open in Usystems

Apply any date, queue, or status filters you want to include.

Look for the Export button or menu near the top-right of the report.

Select PDF from the export options.

Your browser will either open a preview or download the file. If a preview appears, click Print or Save as PDF to save it to your computer.

Choose a location and filename, then click Save.
Steps to export as Excel

Open the Queue Breakdown report and apply filters as needed.

Click Export and select Excel or CSV.

The file will download to your computer's Downloads folder.

Open the file in Microsoft Excel or any spreadsheet application.

You can now edit, sort, or create formulas with the data.
Printing tips
- Use File → Print in your browser or PDF reader for best results.
- Landscape orientation usually works better for wide reports.
- If the report is very long, preview the print layout first to avoid printing blank pages.
- You can adjust header/footer text in your print settings if needed.
What gets exported
- All visible rows and columns, including the queue names, status counts, and totals.
- Any filters you applied will affect what data is exported.
- The export includes the date the report was generated.
