Permission Reference: Sales Documents
This table lists all permissions that control access to sales documents (invoices and sales orders) in Usystems.

| invoice.delete | Delete invoices | Users can delete unpaid or draft invoices. Some systems may restrict deletion of posted invoices. |

Which roles typically need these?
- Sales staff → view, create, update (for managing customer orders)
- Sales managers → all permissions (for oversight and corrections)
- Accountants → view only (for financial reconciliation)
- Admin → all permissions (full control)
What happens without these permissions?
Without the appropriate permission, a user will see a "permission denied" message when attempting the action. The menu items or buttons may be hidden.
