Tips for effective filtering

  • Use name search for quick lookup: if you need to verify a specific customer's contact information, search by name instead of scrolling through the full list.
  • Filter by region for local campaigns: if you plan a regional marketing campaign, filter by Region to get a focused list for that area.
  • Show only active customers: when exporting for sales outreach, use the status filter "Active" to exclude archived customers.
  • Sort by date created: to identify your newest customers, sort by "Date Created" in descending order.
  • Export as CSV for mail-merge: if you want to send personalized emails using a mail-merge tool, export as CSV and use that file with your email software.
