The Customer Payments report offers several filters to help you narrow results. Below is a reference of all available filters and how to use them.

Payment StatusShow only completed payments, pending payments, or both.Completed

Notes

  • Filters are optional: leave any field blank to apply no filter for that criterion.
  • Combining filters narrows results. For example, filtering by a customer AND a date range shows only that customer's payments in that period.
  • If no payments match your filters, the report displays an empty table.
  • Date ranges are inclusive — the start and end dates are included in the results.
  • When exporting or printing, filters applied to the report are noted at the top of the output.
