Filters and options in the Paid Invoices report
Use filters to narrow your paid invoices view by date, customer, amount, and other criteria.

The Paid Invoices report offers several filters to help you focus on the data you need. Apply one or more filters at the top of the report to customize your view.
| Filter | Purpose | Example |

| Date Range | Show invoices paid within a specific period. Set a start and end date. | "Invoices paid between Jan 1 and Jan 31, 2026" |
| Customer | Filter by a single customer or select multiple customers. Leave blank to show all. | "ABC Trading Company" |
| Amount Range | Show invoices within a minimum and/or maximum amount. Useful for excluding small transactions or very large ones. | "Invoices between 5,000 and 50,000 AFN" |
| Payment Method | Filter by how the customer paid (cash, check, bank transfer, other). | "Bank transfer" |
| Invoice Status | Show only invoices with a specific status. Paid invoices may also be marked as "reconciled" if matched to a bank deposit. | "Paid and reconciled" |
Common filter combinations
- By month: Set the date range to a single month to analyze monthly sales.
- By customer and date: Find all paid invoices from a specific customer within a timeframe.
- By amount: Identify high-value sales or run a separate report on small transactions.
- By payment method: Track which payment methods are most common for your business.
Tips for using filters
- Clear filters to reset: If you apply filters and want to see all data again, click the reset button or manually clear each filter.
- Combine filters for precision: Use multiple filters together to narrow down to exactly what you need.
- Save your filter settings (if available): Some report views let you save a custom filter set for quick access later.
