Filters and options in the End of Day report
Reference guide for all settings and parameters that control what the report displays.

Date range
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Start Date | The first day to include in the report. Defaults to today. You can select any past or future date. |
| End Date | The last day to include in the report. Leave the same as Start Date for a single-day report, or select a future date to span multiple days. |
Time range (optional)
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Set Custom Time Range | By default, the report includes all activity from 00:00 to 23:59 on your selected dates. Check this box to define a custom business day window (for example, 04:00 to 23:59 for a night-shift operation). |
| Start Time | The time of day when your business day begins (for example, 08:00 for an 8 AM opening). Only transactions at or after this time are included. |
| End Time | The time of day when your business day ends (for example, 20:00 for an 8 PM closing). Only transactions before or at this time are included. |
Display options
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Show Detailed Accounting | When checked, the report expands each section to display account names and amounts (debit/credit movements). Useful for reconciliation and accounting review. When unchecked, only summary totals appear. |
| Product Selection (if available) | If your account manages multiple products (for example, both a pharmacy and a retail store), use this dropdown to generate the report for a specific product or all products. |
Report parameters (URL/API)
Advanced users or integrations may append these query parameters to the report URL:

Notes
- If no transactions exist for the selected date range and time window, the report will display all sections but with zero totals.
- Custom time ranges do not affect the calendar date shown in the report—they only filter transactions within the selected date(s).
- The report automatically respects your user role and permissions, hiding sections you are not authorized to view.
