Tips & common mistakes
- Exporting takes time: Large reports (100+ rows) may take 10-15 seconds to prepare; wait for the download to complete.
- Check your Downloads folder: Browser downloads go to your Downloads folder by default.
- Excel for sharing with your team: Excel lets you add notes, formulas, and charts for presentations.
- PDF for formal reports: Use PDF when submitting to external auditors, board members, or customers.
- Printing landscape: Most summary reports are too wide for portrait orientation; always use landscape when printing.
