Exporting and printing the Customer Payments report

Tips & common mistakes
- Headers and filters appear on exports: when you export or print, the report includes the title, applied filters, and the report date at the top. This is intentional and helps document what data is shown.
- Large reports may take a moment: if you are exporting a year's worth of payments from many customers, the export may take a few seconds.
- Check your download folder: if the file does not appear in your expected location, check your browser's default Downloads folder.
- Share confidently: exported reports do not include sensitive backend data—only the report rows and basic filters. You can safely email them to accountants or share with management.
- Use Excel to filter further: after exporting to Excel, you can sort by customer, amount, or date within the spreadsheet without regenerating the report.
