Running the Paid Invoices report
Generate a report of all invoices that have been fully paid by your customers.
The Paid Invoices report shows all invoices in your system that have been completely settled by customers. This helps you track successful sales and understand your cash flow.
Before you start
- You must have permission to view reports.
- Your system must have at least one invoice marked as paid.
- You can run this report for any date range.
Steps
-
Go to Reports in the main menu. Open in Usystems
-
Look for the Sales Reports section and select Paid Invoices Report.
-
The report will load automatically. By default, it shows all paid invoices from your business.
-
(Optional) To narrow down the results, use the filters at the top of the report. You can filter by date range, customer, or other criteria. See Filters and options in the Paid Invoices report for details.
-
Review the columns to see invoice number, customer name, amount, and payment date.
Accounting impact
When you run this report, no accounting entries are created. The report only displays invoices that have already been fully paid; the payment transactions were recorded when payment was originally received.
Tips & common mistakes
- The report shows only fully paid invoices. Invoices with partial payments will not appear until they are completely settled.
- Check the report date range. If you see fewer invoices than expected, verify that your date filter is not too narrow.
- Use filters to focus your view. Narrow the report by date, customer, or product to find specific paid invoices quickly.
- Export the report. If you need to share or archive the data, see Exporting and printing the Paid Invoices report.
