Customizing Your Dashboard

Learn how to add, remove, and rearrange dashboard widgets so every role sees the information that matters most to them.

Every user in USystems Atlas lands on a dashboard after logging in, but a dashboard built for a billing clerk looks nothing like one built for a physician, and the platform expects you to shape it that way.

To start customizing, click Edit Dashboard in the top-right corner of the screen. This unlocks the grid and reveals a small toolbar on every widget. You can drag any widget by its header to reposition it, or drag its bottom-right corner to resize it so more important information takes up more visual space.

Adding a widget is just as simple: click Add Widget, browse the catalog by category (Patients, Billing, Scheduling, Alerts), and click any tile to drop it onto your grid. If a widget isn't useful to you, hover over it and click the small X that appears in its corner to remove it — nothing is deleted from the system, it's simply hidden from your personal view.

Once you're happy with the layout, click Save Layout, and your arrangement will persist across devices the next time you sign in.
