Exporting and printing the Inventory Availability report
Download the report as a file or send it to print for offline use and sharing.
After you run the Inventory Availability report, you can export the data or print it directly. This is useful for sharing stock levels with team members, sending to management, or keeping offline records.
Before you start
- The report must be run and displayed on screen.
- You need permissions to export or print (usually same as view inventory).
Steps to export

Run the Inventory Availability Report. Open in Usystems

After the report generates, look for the Export button on the report toolbar.

Choose your preferred format:
- Excel — save as .xlsx file for calculations and sharing in spreadsheets.
- CSV — comma-separated values, works in any spreadsheet or data tool.
- PDF — formatted document ready to print or email.

Click the format button. The file downloads to your computer.

Open the file in your spreadsheet application or PDF viewer.
Steps to print

After the report generates, click the Print button on the report toolbar.

Your browser's print dialog opens. Choose:
- Printer — your connected printer.
- Paper size — usually Letter or A4.
- Orientation — Portrait for narrow reports, Landscape for many columns.

Click Print to send to the printer.
Tips & common mistakes
- Excel format is best for further analysis. Use CSV only if your tool doesn't support Excel.
- PDF preserves formatting exactly. Use this format for official records or emailing to management.
- Landscape orientation fits more columns. If your report is cut off on the right, switch to Landscape before printing.
- Export includes all applied filters. If you filtered by warehouse, the exported file contains only that warehouse's data.
