Logging in for the first time

Set your profile and preferences when you access Usystems for the first time.

When you log into Usystems for the first time, you'll be guided through setup steps to configure your language, theme, and accessibility preferences. This ensures the system works the way you prefer.

Before you start

  • Your admin or manager has created your user account and given you a login URL.
  • You have your username and temporary password.
  • You're using a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).

Steps

  1. Open the login page. Your admin will have provided you with your company's login URL (e.g., https://mycompany.usystems.af/login). Enter this URL in your browser.

  2. Enter your username. On the login page, type the username your admin gave you in the Username field.

  3. Enter your password. Type your temporary password in the Password field.

  4. Click Sign In. Press the Sign In button to proceed.

  5. Choose your language. On the first-login setup screen, select your preferred language: English or Dari (فارسی). This language will be used throughout the interface.

  6. Choose your theme. Select your preferred theme:

    • Light — bright background, dark text
    • Dark — dark background, light text
    • Auto — matches your device's system preference

  7. Configure accessibility (optional). If you need larger fonts, high-contrast colors, or sound effects, the first-login screen offers these options. You can adjust them now or later in Settings.

  8. Confirm and proceed. Once you've made your selections, click Finish or Continue. You'll be taken to the product selection screen.

  9. Select your product. If your company uses multiple products (accounting, inventory, pharmacy, HR, etc.), choose the one you need to start with. You can switch between products anytime from the top menu.

Tips & common mistakes

  • If you forget your password before first login, ask your admin to reset it. See Recovering a forgotten password for later resets.
  • You can change your language, theme, and accessibility settings anytime from Settings → Preferences — first login is not your only chance.
  • If the login page doesn't load, check that you have the correct URL. Ask your admin to confirm the address if you're unsure.
