Finding your company's login address

Each Usystems company has its own unique login address (URL). This address is created for your organization and allows you to access the system securely.

What a login URL looks like

A typical Usystems login URL follows this pattern:

https://yourcompanyname.usystems.af/login

The yourcompanyname part is unique to your company. For example:

• https://acmecorp.usystems.af/login
• https://myshop.usystems.af/login

How to find your login URL

Your admin or manager will send you the login URL when they set up your account. It's usually in a welcome email or onboarding message.

If you don't have it:

1. Ask your admin or manager for the login address for your company.
2. Check your email — search for messages from your admin that mention "Usystems" or "login."
3. Check internal communication — your company's chat, shared documents, or handbook may list the address.

Important notes

• Do not bookmark or share your login URL with unauthorized people. It's like a door to your company's financial data.
• The login URL is the same for all users in your company. Everyone uses the same address to sign in.
• Once logged in, you choose which product (accounting, inventory, pharmacy, etc.) you want to work with.
• If you're on a company network with restricted internet access, your admin may need to whitelist the domain.

If the login page doesn't load

• Check your internet connection. Make sure you're online.
• Try a different browser. Use Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge (not Internet Explorer).
• Clear your browser cache. Sometimes old cached pages prevent login. In your browser settings, select "Clear browsing data" and clear cookies and cached images.
• Contact your admin if the page still won't load — there may be a network or server issue.
