Selecting your product after login

After you log into Usystems, you see a product selection screen. This allows you to choose which module (accounting, pharmacy, inventory, HR, etc.) you want to use. Your company may have one or many products enabled.

Before you start

• You have successfully logged in with your username and password.
• You know which product your work requires (ask your manager if unsure).
• Your admin has given you permission to access that product.

Steps

1. View the product selection screen. After login, you will see a list of available products. Each product is shown as a card or button with its name and icon.

2. Review the available products. Look at the list and find the product you need:

   • Accounting — for financial records, invoices, bills, and reports.
   • Pharmacy — for medicine dispensing, prescriptions, and stock.
   • Inventory — for warehouse and stock management.
   • Hospital/Medical — for patient care, medical cases, and ward management.
   • HR & Payroll — for staff, attendance, and salaries.
   • POS — for point-of-sale register operations.

3. Click on your product. Click the card or button for the product you want to use. The system will load that product's home screen.

4. Wait for the product to load. The system may take a few seconds to load the selected product. You'll know it's ready when the main dashboard or home page appears.

Tips & common mistakes

• If you don't see a product you expected, your admin may not have enabled it yet for your company. Ask your manager or admin to turn it on.
• You can always return to the product selection screen later by clicking your user menu (top right) and choosing "Switch Product" or a similar option.
• If you only have one product enabled, the system may skip this screen and take you directly to that product.
• Product selection is for convenience — you can switch products anytime without logging out.
