Company information settings
The Company information tab holds your organization's core identity. These details appear on printed documents, in customer communications, and throughout the system.
Fields explained

What this controls
- Printed documents — your company name, logo, phone, and email appear on invoices, receipts, bills, and other output.
- Customer visibility — contacts and vendors see your company name and email when you send them documents.
- Accounting records — your tax ID is referenced in financial reports and compliance documentation.
- System branding — your logo appears in the app header and print templates.
Tips
- Update your logo whenever you rebrand or change company identity.
- Keep your phone and email current so customers can contact you.
- For multi-branch setups, this is your holding company information; each branch may have its own separate records.
To access these settings, go to Settings → Company Information Open in Usystems.
