Appearance & themes settings
The Appearance & themes tab lets you customize how Usystems looks in your workspace. You can choose a color theme, adjust font sizes, and select between light and dark modes to suit your preference and reduce eye strain.
Fields explained

What this controls
- Visual comfort — choosing a dark theme or increasing font size reduces eye fatigue during long work sessions.
- Accessibility — high contrast and larger fonts help users with low vision.
- Brand consistency — setting primary and accent colors to match your organization's identity.
- Screen real estate — compact sidebar and navigation options maximize document space.
- Responsiveness — animation effects and hover affordance customize how the app feels to use.
Tips
- If you work in a bright environment, use light theme with high contrast for best readability.
- If you work late or in dim lighting, dark theme reduces blue light exposure and eye strain.
- You can change these settings at any time — they apply immediately.
- These are personal preferences; each user's settings are independent.
To access these settings, go to Settings → Appearance & Themes Open in Usystems.
