What this controls

  • Operational awareness — you stay informed about important business events without being overwhelmed by every small change.
  • Timely action — payment due reminders ensure invoices and bills don't fall past their deadlines.
  • Inventory management — low stock and expiry alerts help prevent stockouts and spoilage.
  • Workflow efficiency — approval and status-change alerts keep approvers and teams synchronized.
  • Work-life balance — quiet hours let you set boundaries so notifications don't interrupt personal time.

Tips

  • Start with critical alerts only — enable low inventory, payment due, and approval reminders first.
  • Add more notifications gradually — you can always turn on additional alerts as your team gets comfortable.
  • Set quiet hours to avoid late-night interruptions — critical alerts will still come through.
  • Configure per-team role — inventory staff should see low stock alerts; finance should see payment reminders.
  • Review settings quarterly — as your business changes, adjust which alerts matter most.
