Setting Up Your First Tenant
In episode two, we name your facility, set core details, and choose the USystems modules your organization needs.
Now that your account is verified, this episode covers turning it into a working tenant. We start by naming your facility — the name that will appear on invoices, printed forms, and anywhere your organization is identified inside USystems.
We then walk through the core setup screen: setting your timezone, default currency, and primary contact details. From there, we show how to pick which modules to enable, whether that's Patient Records, Billing, or both, and explain how you can add more later without losing any data.
By the end of this episode, your tenant will be fully configured and ready for the final step: inviting your team, which we cover in the next episode.
