Reviewing and signing out logged-in devices

Usystems keeps track of all devices and browsers where you are logged in. You can view this list at any time and remotely sign out from any device you no longer use or recognize. This is useful if you have switched devices, use a shared computer, or want to ensure that an old device no longer has access to your account.

Before you start

• You must be logged into your Usystems account.
• You should review your active devices regularly, especially after logging in from a new device.
• If you see a device you do not recognize, you should sign out from that device immediately.

Steps

1. Log in to Usystems and go to Settings → Account Settings or your security preferences. Open in Usystems

2. Look for the Active Devices, Logged-In Devices, or Sessions section on the settings page.

3. Review the list of devices currently logged into your account. For each device, you will see information such as:

   • Device name or browser type (for example, "Chrome on Windows" or "Safari on iPhone")
   • Last activity date and time
   • Device location (if available)

4. If you recognize all the devices, no action is needed. If you see a device you do not recognize or no longer use:

5. Click the Sign Out, Remove, or Disconnect button next to that device.

6. Confirm the action if prompted. The device will be immediately logged out of your account.

Tips & common mistakes

• Review after travel. If you have logged in from a temporary location (airport, hotel, borrowed computer), sign out from that device once you no longer need access.
• Check after sharing your password. If you have ever shared your password with someone else, use this page to identify any unexpected devices and remove them.
• Current device may be listed. The device you are currently using will appear in the list with a label like "This device" or "Current session." Do not accidentally sign out from your current device unless you intend to.
• Remote sign out is immediate. Once you click the sign-out button, the device is logged out right away. The user on that device will need to log in again if they want to continue using Usystems.
